Hubei Shendan Sanhe Ecological Aquaculture Park is located in the beautiful Sanhe Reservoir in Anlu City, Hubei Province. The whole ecological breeding garden covers an area of 620 mu, with 3500 mu of water for breeding.

Around the Sanhe Reservoir, the breeding projects currently built and under construction include breeding chicken farms, duck farms, layer farms, welfare layer farms, hatcheries, organic fertilizer plants, etc.

1. Hubei Shendan Health Food Co., Ltd. Breeder Farm

The breeding chicken farm covers an area of 120 mu and has six breeding houses, of which two are brooding and four are laying houses, each with an area of 1218 square meters. It can raise 60000 sets of parent breeding chickens and provide 10 million commercial chicken seedlings to the society annually. The breeding farm has a fully enclosed chicken house in China, which adopts an environmental control system to control the environment of the chicken house, and uses wet curtains and fans as auxiliary temperature and humidity control equipment to achieve the most suitable growth environment for breeding chickens. The introduction of domestic and foreign three-layer ladder type automatic production line: automatic feeding, automatic drinking water, automatic scraping dung. The transfer of materials and manure in the breeding area adopts the docking mode of special vehicles, which greatly improves the safety of breeding. In addition, the breeder farm also has a water supply system with a daily water supply capacity of 400 tons, which provides a guarantee for the water safety of the entire breeding community.

2. Hubei Shendan Health Food Co., Ltd. Laying Hen Farm

Laying hens farm covers an area of 260 mu, the design scale of 1 million feeding capacity. The first phase of the project has seven breeding houses, including two brooding houses and five laying houses, each with an area of 972 square meters. Each chicken house can raise 50000 commercial laying hens. At present, the number of commercial chickens can reach 250000, with an annual production of 70 million commercial eggs. The egg farm has a fully enclosed chicken house in China. The environment control system is used to control the environment of the chicken house, and the wet curtain and fan are used as the temperature and humidity auxiliary control equipment to achieve the most suitable growth environment for laying hens. The laying hen farm also introduces six-layer laminated automatic production equipment at home and abroad: automatic feeding, automatic drinking, automatic dung scraping and automatic egg collection. Laying hen farm is currently the Hubei Province Animal Husbandry Technology Promotion Station listed "layer stacked breeding pilot".

3. Hubei Shendan Health Food Co., Ltd. Duck Farm

The duck breeding farm covers an area of 130 mu and currently has five duck houses, including one brooding house and four egg laying houses, each with an area of 1270 square meters and 25000 duck breeding houses. The duck breeding farm adopts the domestic online flat raising technology, the duck house adopts automatic drinking water, automatic feeding, automatic dung scraping, and adopts special laying duck egg box to ensure the cleanliness of fresh duck eggs. There are plenty of sports fields and swimming pools in the house, and awnings are added to the sports field to make the duck growing environment comfortable. At present, the duck breeding farm is the "welfare duck raising pilot" and "laying duck '153' model pilot" listed by Hubei Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau ".

The duck breeding farm has introduced the domestic excellent parent generation duck "Green Shell No.3" from Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which can provide 6 million commercial duck seedlings to the society every year. Green shell three commercial ducks have small size, low feed intake, high egg production rate and excellent production performance. The average weight of adult laying ducks is about 1500 grams, the daily intake is 135 grams, the egg production during laying period is about 320, and the average egg production rate during laying period is above 90%.

4. Hubei Shendan Health Food Co., Ltd. Organic Fertilizer Factory

Hubei Shendan Organic Fertilizer Plant covers an area of 40 mu, with an annual output of 30000 tons of organic fertilizer and 50000 tons of organic and inorganic compound fertilizer. Relying on the scientific and technological strength of Hubei Soil and Fertilizer Research Institute, Huazhong Agricultural University and our factory, the organic fertilizer plant uses poultry manure in Sanhe Ecological Breeding Garden as raw material to produce organic fertilizer. Shendan Organic Fertilizer Factory is an organic fertilizer production enterprise. It adopts domestic organic fertilizer production equipment, and the production workshop can realize automatic cloth and automatic discharging. The fertilizer plant has 5 full-time scientific research and professional technicians and 2 production lines, which can process 120 tons of excrement per day.

Disinfection and Epidemic Prevention in (I) Farms

1. The farm has set up a special disinfection department, with special disinfection personnel in each farm, and equipped with advanced disinfection equipment, including road disinfection machines and automatic spray disinfection machines.

2. The farm has formulated a strict epidemic prevention system and is equipped with complete epidemic prevention and disinfection facilities. Employees must undergo strict spray disinfection when entering the living area; employees must undergo shower and ultraviolet disinfection when entering the production area, and change their work clothes and shoes and hats.

3. The farm has a special laundry room to clean and disinfect the employees' work clothes regularly.

Prevention and control of (II) poultry diseases

1. In order to do a good job in epidemic prevention and safety and reduce the risk of epidemic diseases, the farm has established long-term cooperative relations with the Institute of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences and the School of Zoology of China Agricultural University, and regularly invites experts to the scene for on-site technical guidance and lectures.

2. Sanhe Farm has also invested more than 600,000 yuan to build its own poultry disease prevention and control laboratory, which can regular guidance on poultry disease prevention and control, such as drug sensitivity test, antibody detection, pathogen isolation and culture.

6. breeding environment control

(I), in order to create a good breeding environment and purify the breeding water, Sanhe Ecological Breeding Park invested 3.5 million yuan to equip a sewage treatment station in the duck breeding farm, which can treat 200 tons of sewage per day. All sewage has been treated and discharged up to the standard.

The poultry manure in (II) Sanhe ecological breeding garden is safely transferred to the organic fertilizer plant by the manure transfer truck and processed into organic fertilizer. The whole ecological breeding garden will not cause pollution to the surrounding environment.

Green ecological aquaculture is implemented in (III) reservoirs. Aquaculture does not put fertilizers, feces and other harmful substances that pollute the water quality into the reservoirs. The water quality of the reservoirs has reached the drinking water source standards for many tests.
