The two sides signed a green shell layer breeding cooperation agreement and reached a substantive cooperation. Jiangsu Poultry Science Research Institute will be responsible for continuous breeding, combining ability determination, disease purification, green shell gene detection and other work according to the breeding goal proposed by Hubei Shendan Health Food Co., Ltd., and breed "Shendan No. 6" green shell layer matching line, and carry out application research on nutrition needs and feeding technology around the breed in the later period, to provide technical support for the industrial expansion of Shendan Company.
Professor Yang Ning, chief scientist of the national laying hen industrial technology system, stressed that this is the first substantive cooperation between the post scientists of the national laying hen industrial technology system and the comprehensive experimental station, and it is a major event in the egg industry; China Agricultural University has made fruitful achievements in green shell gene research, which can provide technical support for this cooperation; Hubei is a big province of laying hen breeding with a large market, I wish both sides successful cooperation and set a model of successful cooperation.
Chen Hongsong, deputy director of the Hubei Provincial Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Bureau, commented that this is a strong cooperation. Jiangsu Poultry Science Research Institute has strong poultry breeding capabilities, and Hubei Shendan Health Food Co., Ltd. has strong egg processing and market expansion capabilities. The direction of scientific research industrialization will produce good economic and social benefits.
It is understood that the main content of the industry-university-research cooperation between Jiangsu Poultry Science Research Institute and Hubei Shendan Company is to cultivate a supporting system of black feather-type high-yield green-shell laying hens to effectively solve the actual needs of enterprises.
