Academician unveiled experts to help the national key laboratory of egg processing settled in Shendan

On April 12, the only national key Laboratory of egg processing of the Ministry of Agriculture and villages, built by Hubei Shendan Company, was unveiled at the academic Exchange Center of Huazhong Agricultural University in Wuhan. This is another national laboratory settled in Shendan after inheriting and building the "National Laying Hen Industrial Technology System Xiaogan Comprehensive Test Station.

Academician Zhu Beiwei of Dalian Polytechnic University, Director Cui Jianghao of the Department of Science and Education of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Director Dai Xiaofeng of the Agricultural Products Processing Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, Gao Runbao, Deputy Director of the Science and Education Department of the Hubei Provincial Department of Agriculture, Li Chongguang, Vice President of Huazhong Agricultural University, Ye Xiong, Vice Mayor of Anlu Municipal People's Government, and experts from the Academic Committee of the Key Laboratory of Egg Processing participated in the unveiling.
At the unveiling ceremony, Director Cui Jianghao congratulated the launch of the key egg processing laboratory and hoped that under the guidance of the academic committee, the laboratory would set up new goals and tasks, give full play to the advantages of discipline groups, actively transform scientific and technological achievements, build high-level laboratories, and promote the overall progress of the egg industry.
It is reported that the "Key Laboratory of Egg Processing of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs" is an important position for the country to carry out egg scientific and technological innovation, cultivate scientific and technological innovation achievements, and gather high-level scientific and technological talents. Relying on enterprises to build key laboratories of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs plays an important role in cultivating enterprises' independent innovation capabilities, promoting agricultural scientific and technological progress, and assisting agricultural environmental management and protection.
This paper interprets the leading professional technology, development trend and laboratory construction concept of egg processing. Experts expressed that they will work with Hubei Shendan Company to build the key egg processing laboratory into a national excellent laboratory around the laboratory construction tasks during the 13th Five-Year Plan period.

It is reported that Shendan Company has made great achievements in the research and development of egg products, such as a salted duck egg pickling method with suitable salt content, a zinc-containing preserved egg pickling solution and its preparation method, etc., more than ten items have obtained national patents.
