At 9: 30 in the morning, teachers and students of Jianghan University arrived at Shendan Wuhan Industrial Park. The students first came to Wuhan Feed Factory to visit and understand the whole process of feed from raw materials to processing to shipment, and learned feed formula and production technology. In the cleaning egg production workshop, the world's leading fully automated production line left a deep impression on everyone. When we saw that eggs covered with feathers and dirt were transformed into bright and bright "cleaning eggs" through eight processes, such as cleaning and drying, ultraviolet sterilization, oiling and preservation, removing scattered yellow cracks, weighing and grading, and spraying code packaging, we were very surprised and had a clearer understanding of the concept of egg cleaning. "It turns out that the process of egg cleaning is so complicated that the cleaned eggs are safer and healthier!" Through this visit and study, everyone not only realized the importance of egg cleaning, but also changed the previous consumption concept.
Finally, while tasting Shendan eggs, the students learned about Shendan's egg culture, product knowledge and employment system through PPT demonstration.
