Chapter I Tender Notice

Hubei Shendan Health Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "purchaser") conducts public bidding for the following projects and accepts qualified bidders to submit sealed bids. The relevant matters are as follows:

Introduction to 1. Project

(V) bidding contents: veterinary drugs (Chinese and western medicine), vaccines, other categories (disinfectants, insecticides, biological reagents, etc.)

(VI) Delivery Place: Anlu City, Hubei Province

(VII) delivery time: according to the requirements of the purchase order in batches.

(VIII) service period: one year after the contract comes into effect.

2.Bidder Qualification Requirements

Bidders participating in the bidding for this project must meet the following requirements:

(I) Bidder shall be a legal person or other organization registered in the People's Republic of China, with the ability to bear civil liability, the ability to independently undertake the bidding project and the ability to independently perform the contract;

(II) the bidding unit has the right to operate the corresponding project; (provide business license)

(III) The products operated by the bidder shall be fully qualified: provide copies of relevant qualification certificates and affix the official seal.

The (IV) bidding unit has no bad record of quality and safety problems in the record of the quality and safety supervision and management department, and the bidder has no bad record of illegal operation and quality and safety problems in the past 3 years; (Make a commitment)

(V) bidders have good bank credit, social reputation and sound financial accounting system. It is not in a state of being ordered to suspend business, property being taken over, frozen or bankrupt; there is no major litigation situation affecting the performance of the contract; (making a commitment)

(VI) meet other conditions stipulated by laws and regulations.

(VII) the project does not accept the consortium bid, after winning the bid may not be subcontracted, subcontracted, once found, the purchaser has the right to terminate the contract, the resulting economic losses shall be borne by the winning bidder. (make a commitment)

Project Requirements

The items provided by the (I) must meet the national industry production and business standards, and can provide the corresponding batch of conformity inspection certificates.

The bid materials provided by (II) bidders must comply with the relevant provisions of national (international) industry standards. Material acceptance shall be subject to a certification system to ensure traceability. If necessary, the supplier must issue an inspection certificate that meets the national standards.

In the (III) of food safety accidents caused by the quality and hygiene standards of the products provided by the winning bidder, all responsibilities shall be borne by the winning bidder.

(IV) the winning bidder must be responsible for the transport of the winning goods, the freight vehicles meet the distribution standards and storage conditions, delivery quality inspection, handling and other work, the costs incurred by the winning bidder.

(V) successful bidder shall not delay delivery for any other reason except force majeure. If the purchaser needs to postpone delivery under special circumstances, he shall notify the winning bidder in advance. If the delivery date is delayed due to the winning bidder (except for the delay requested by the purchaser), the purchaser shall have the right to purchase on its own and the winning bidder shall bear all the losses and expenses arising therefrom.

If the goods sold or services provided by the (VI) fall within the taxable scope of the People's Republic of China, they must provide our company with a legal special VAT invoice.
