The reporter learned from the meeting: Anlu City has added another gold-lettered signboard-the city has been listed as a "national model county for the laying hen industry in one county". Food is the most important thing for the people. As the largest egg processing base in China, Anlu City has accelerated the transformation of industrial development and promoted modern agriculture rapidly in recent years. It has been successively rated as "national demonstration county and city for green development of animal husbandry", "national demonstration base for agricultural products processing industry", "national demonstration base for agricultural industrialization of animal husbandry", etc.
Anlu is a big county for layer breeding, which has a good industrial foundation and advantageous resources, and has formed a large-scale layer industry cluster. At the same time, as a strong poultry breeding city in Hubei Province, it has a relatively complete poultry breeding promotion system, and is also the only "provenance" county and city with national certification in the poultry field in Hubei Province. it is an important mission of innovation pioneer and breeding promotion in the field of laying hens with local characteristics. After years of careful breeding, Shendan Company and Xinhua Company in the city have obtained a total of 4 national new laying hen breeds (supporting lines) certificates, which are rare in county-level cities across the country.
Hu Minggang, mayor of Anlu Municipal Government, said that at present, large-scale layer breeding in Anlu City is developing rapidly, with a high starting point, large investment, and continuous upgrading of equipment and facilities, and is entering a new stage from incremental development to quality improvement. In the future, the city will make efforts in industrial planning, establishment of laying hen system, transfer and transformation of technological achievements, and brand building, so as to further build a national demonstration county and city of poultry eggs and processing with high standards.
