China Egg Science and Technology Conference Held in Wuhan More than 400 Experts Attending and Exchanging

More than 400 experts and scholars from home and abroad conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on egg technology, academic experience, the latest scientific research progress in the industry, and how the egg industry develops healthily and rapidly.

More than 400 experts and scholars from home and abroad conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on egg technology, academic experience, the latest scientific research progress in the industry, and how the egg industry develops healthily and rapidly.
It is reported that due to the limitations of plant, equipment, and technology, the degree of standardization and industrialization of traditional egg product processing in my country is still low. Therefore, it advocates scientific fresh-keeping technology, starting from being conducive to food quality and safety, and speeding up the development of egg processing equipment. It has become an inevitable requirement for the modernization, standardization and industrial production of egg products in my country.
Hubei Shendan Company, the co-organizer of this meeting, made a report on egg safety and traditional processing of egg products, advocating the healthy development of the egg industry. Egg safety is the basis for the healthy development of the egg industry. Shendan Company and Huazhong Agricultural University have jointly established the country's first "Hubei Province Egg Engineering Technology Research Center" dedicated to egg technology research.
The meeting also exchanged views on the establishment of a standardized, large-scale breeding, and integrated processing model.
